As I said in the title, this cache is small, so BYOP. It can maybe hold a little pencil and small stone or a micro-sized geocoin, but nothing larger.
You might think that the D/T is higher than it should be if you are a veteran cacher, but in order for this to work cache to work, the area has to look EXACTLY the same as it did before you got there, if not better. With that in mind, you are going to need to be crafty to retrieve this one, like some of my other caches. Good luck, and happy caching!
