Bomarzo's Etruscan Pyramid is one of a kind: there are no records of others like that, and you'll really feel like you're in South America, more than Europe.
The pyramid's now completely surrounded by woods, but it's not far from the road; it's a ten minute walk, where you can admire more Etruscan houses. Take your time to climb the steps, and observe the grooves where the sacrificed animals' blood used to flow.
While in the area, you might also want to visit the Park of Monsters (hide a cache, anyone?), which is well known and popular with tourists:
