This cache is located along the Lincoln Highway (Route 30). It is just west of the town of Schellsburg. It is placed with the permission of the owners.
This location is one of the landmarks listed on the Lincoln Highway Driving Tour. At one time it was called "Storyland" and many children had enjoyable school trips to the park. I was one of those students and remember the park fondly.
Some of the original Storyland structures still stand and can be seen from Route 30. They can also be seen from the parking lot of the store on the property. As indicated by the posted signs access to these structures is PROHIBITED!
When caching at night DO NOT go beyond the entrance. The hide is an easy find and no disruption of large rocks is necessary. As always, please be respectful of the property so this cache can continue to be available.
Please note: I have changed the name of this cache after more research on this park. The 'boy' at the entrance isn't the Pied Piper but Little Boy Blue.
