Geocache Description:

I travel down this small road many times on the way to Keva. This is a pretty easy offset with a couple of points pointing out some of the cool sculptures down this road.

Starting Point: The original coordinates bring you here. I wanted to drop a cache here, but it is in the middle of the road and everything. So, how many hands does he have in the air? That equals A.

WP1:
43.06.58(A+7)
089.31.740

AT WP1, you will see another statue of hands. Teamwork, all working together, synergy. How many hands are there? That equals B.

WP2 (Final)
43.06.(B-2)(A+7)0
089.31.743

At the final - this was my favorite activity as a kid growing up outside of Buffalo, NY. You are looking for a nano.

Additional Hints (Decrypt)

Oevat n fpnes vs lbh ner puvyyl.
