The Jake Jacobson. A very easy "park and grab". Remember to watch out for critters and return the cache to its original location.
The Jake Jacobson is a caboose named after the Copper Basin Railway president and CEO L.S. "Jake" Jacobson. The railway is currently owned by ASARCO copper corporation. The caboose is decorated with christmas lights every Christmas. Don't forget to read the three sided sign located just north of the caboose with historical information about the Ray Mine and The Town of Kearny.
