The Great Serpent Mound is a 1,348-foot long, three-foot-high prehistoric effigy mound in Adams County, Ohio. Though not as large and likely not as mysterious, there is a smaller mound that runs along a block of Gateway Blvd in South San Francisco. It reminds me of my home state and also provides a nice area to eat lunch or soak up the sun.
The cache is not on the mound itself, but across the street at the end of the block. Parking is sometimes available near ground zero and there is also parking in the nearby office complex. I don't recommend parking in the first few rows of this lot (permit required), but parking further back in the lot is generally okay for a couple hours. This is my first hide and it should not be too difficult to find. Please use stealth and good luck!
Big CONGRATS to caccbag on the FTF!!
