We are going to hide 5 Caches,
have them published in the Early Hours of May 26th.
Your Mission will be to find the 5 caches,
take a sealed envelope from each cache
and turn it in by 4 pm at the listed coordinates,
best poker hand wins!

This event is being held on May 26th,
the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend 2012.
The listed coords will bring you to a shelter at Hodag Park in Rhinelander.
The Details:
1)The 5 caches will be hidden on the out skirts of Rhinelander, you will need to travel some.
2) Each of the 5 caches will have playing cards sealed in coin envelopes.
3) Each of the cards will be marked with a security code.
4) Each of the envelopes will be marked so they will be identified for each cache.
5) You will need to find all 5 caches and grab 1 sealed envelope from each cache.
6) You will need to have 5 different envelopes, 1 from each cache.
7) The envelopes must be sealed when you turn them in.
8) The best 5 card Poker Hand will be the winner and win a Prize.
9) There will also be prizes for the second and third best hands!
Poker Hands will be ranked best to worst:
Straight Flush
Four of a Kind
Full House
Flush
Straight
Three of a Kind
Two Pair
Pair
High Card
You will be able to turn your envelopes in from 12 noon till 4 pm at the listed coords. During this 4 hour time period we will share fellowship and our Favorite Geocaching stories. All cards must be turned in by 4 pm. There will be other games to play while waiting for everyone to turn in their cards, we will play Geo Friends Bingo, and Geo Golf.
There will be door prizes, prizes for Geo Friends Bingo, (You will only need 1 Bingo) and there will be a prize for whoever guesses the closest coords to the Pin (Geo Golf)
All the rules for all the games will be provided in writing at the event.
Trackables,
WCD is a fanatic about Trackables, there are so many that go missing and he doesn't want to have any go unaccounted for during this event.
There will be an area to Trade and to Discover Trackables, to insure that no trackables go unaccounted for there will be a log that will need to be filled out if you bring trackables to trade. The Trackable Discovery table will be a short distance from the trading table to keep them separate.
We recommend you put a watch on this listing, we will post updates between now and the event, we will post announcement logs when we do an update, that way you will get an e-mail alerting you of the update. Please list how many people in your party will attend in your logs so we can plan accordingly.

It's just a week and a half to the event, the 5 caches that will have the cards have been submitted and approved, they will be published during the early morning hours of Saturday May 26th.
I want to extend a warm welcome to SweetLife and the WGA, SweetLife is a Board Member and has agreed to bring some WGA Merchandise to sell at the event.

SweetLife will be bringing Signal with them, He is Trackable so if you have not yet Discovered him you will have the chance at the event. Besides being Trackable he's just very cool to see!
I have received many trackables in the mail and I have acquired a few door prizes,
I intend to canvas the RCC members for more.
I don't foresee any more updates but if something comes up I will update
the cache page and send out an announcement log.
