From the Kestrel Nesting box GZ can be seen around 150 yards to the north west at the top of the ridge.
There is no path to the top of this ridge, not even a game trail. I started by climbing towards the burnt tree fingers that lined the hillside, looking for a sweet hiding spot. When I arrived, I found that the trees were in fact not a suitable hiding spot, so I continued up the ridge to the top, where i though there might be a path leading me back to the top of Angel's Dead End. There was not. At the top of this ridge I found a beautiful view of the surrounding Loess Hills... I then found a good sized Quercus, where I nestled the cahce.
Have fun with the hike! If you thought hiking Angel's Dead End bottom to top was hard, try doing it without a path, in shorts...
