I though it was high time that someone put a park and grab cache in this nice little Bettendorf Park.... so I did ! Please don't have high anxiety about finding this cache. I have high expectations that you'll succeed. An extreme high level of stealth is required for this cache, as muggles abound in this vicinity. Log only. Bring a pen and a log extractor.
