Thanks to Cluehunter for donating the first stage of this cache after accidentally leaving it behind at the 2011 Creative Cache Contest!!
CACHE TYPE: MULTI-CACHE - Offset cache
CONTAINER TYPE: "Other"
This cache was placed for the 2012 West Bend $1000 Cache Ba$h Mega Event. I wanted to feature a sampling of various cache types in one large area. This is an "Offset" cache, which means the final cache container is NOT at the posted coordinates. Once you find the first waypoint, you will have to "Project a Waypoint" on your GPSr to get the final coordinates. You could also use a compass.
Don't worry, this cache shouldn't be too painful, despite its name. It's not even in a rock pile! (Whew!)
Please be advised: This cache is located in the Kettle Moraine Forest-Northern Unit. A Wisconsin State Park Sticker is required to use the parking lot.
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to the Kettle Moraine State Forest -Northern Unit. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager. The DNR Notification form and land manager information can be obtained at: http://www.wi-geocaching.com/hiding
