Inspired by the recent Frenchtown D&R canal series, we wanted to bring people to another beautiful stretch a bit further north.
This part of the D&R canal cache series is family friendly. At no point during this series will there be the need to step onto anyone’s property. With that said, please be respectful of private properties and use stealth when searching for caches.
Oftentimes, you can observe water turtles, birds, frogs, and other wildlife.
We hope you enjoy the experience just as much as we do!
Description: You are looking for a small cache which contains a log sheet only.
Please BYOP!
You are not looking for just another rock in the wall.
Congratulations KayJayR for the FTF!
Congratulations to LVSciGuy and Appledon for the STF! A great team effort!
A verse written by Mr. Globe-Trotters to Mrs. Globe-Trotters prior to our geocaching days, but still as meaningful as it was on our wedding day...
Made of the earth,
just as you and I.
Each one distinct from the next,
owning its right of beauty and individuality.
With unique qualities,
some subtle, others pronounced.
Holding true to its impenetrable shape and form,
whether alone or amongst many.
Even those outwardly revealing their imperfections,
are salvaged by their pervasive purity and truth.
True to the earth from which they came,
thus making them live up to their name…precious!
Precious…just as you and I.
