Geocache Description:

Conquer your phobias before they conquer you! You should bring a pen and may even want tweezers with you.

About 6.3 million American adults have some sort of phobia. Acridophobia is the abnormal fear of grasshoppers and locusts. This fear often keeps individuals from outdoor pursuits during the summer time and may even lead an individual to remain indoors throughout the summer. Treatment for this phobia involves the development of healthy coping skills and facing the phobia progressively as confidence is slowly acquired.
