Geocache Description:

This is a cache loacated on Kokley Road. It is a good bird watching area.  The cache owner owns the field where the cache is located.  There are ticks and bees possible.

Thie cache is a box that says Official Geocache on it and is available spring, summer and fall.  The area includes birding opportunities from roadways with woods, fields and edge.  Look for bobolinks in fields June and early July.  Hawks hunt the fields after hay has been cut. Sandhill cranes are heard in the spring but can be hard to spot.  A sharp eye can spot American Bitterns in wetlands along County B.  Cache owners live in the gray ranch house with green pole barn, seen from the cache in the middle of the field but accessed from County B. This cache was started with a trackable in it, among other things. If you decide to take a trackable, please review the following site and pass the trackable along to another cache. http://www.geocaching.com/track/howto.aspx Thanks!
