Visit and spend some time learning about two of the beautiful butterflies that can be found in Adams County. If you come at the right time of year, you might even get to see one!
PhrogzGal has been raising Monarch Butterflies and butterfly gardens since she was in elementary school in Sheboygan. Today, her parents maintain her Monarch habitat at their home. Before PhrogzGal was born, the trees in that backyard turned orange with fluttering wings during the Monarch migrations. PhrogzGal and her family have worked very hard to bring the butterflies back to the yard.
She hopes to do the same here. Come at the right time of the year and you may see the milkweeds and monarchs very near the cache.
Come visit PhrogzGal's butterflies to learn more about the Monarch and Karner Blue butterflies. You may see Monarchs flying near the cache site, as there are many milkweeds here. The final cache container has plenty of room for travel bugs and trade items. When trading items, please stay with the theme of things that fly. Original cache contents include butterfly garden seed packets, Mr. Biddle Hot Air Balloon pins and a Kahootz Hot Air Balloon trading card.
This is a two-stage cache. The first waypoint is a bit tricky, but the final is an easy find!

This cache has been placed on private property with the permission of Mark Leibelt (mleibelt). Feel free to park in the driveway while seeking the cache. You should not need to approach the shed during your search.
