We walk this pier often and are happy to adopt this cache. We have changed the original location to make it a little easier to find and hopefully harder for muggles to see. The pier is occasionally closed if there is work being done or if the weather is bad. If the gate is open, it is public access. The signs are placed around the harbour, even on the public walkway.
