Geocache Description:

Please be stealthy as this could be an easy find, but due to this being a small park many little muggles and caregiver muggles are present.

Another in my on-going series of caches I will be placing that reference what I consider Essential Albums of My Life.

This cache is placed in Pershing Park, and once I drove past the park I knew the album I would be....Pershing the second full length studio album from little known indie pop/rock band Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin, from Springfield, Missouri.

Pershing starts off about a strong as an album can, Glue Girls, which has a brutal hook that I don't know if can be topped. This album continues two-singer tandum of Philip Dickey and John Robert Cardwell the band has now perfected with the next album, 2010's Let It Sway. Tracks Modern Mystery and Think I Wanna Die are both silly and serious, witty and hooky. Pershing met with more mixed reviews than their 2005 Broom but I believe has aged better and it is well worth a listen, you will know I am Dead Right.

Essential Tracks:

Glue Girls
Boring Fountain
Dead Right
Modern Mystery
Think I Wanna Die
