Geocache Description:

This event is for every cacher in New Mexico to do. You do not have to come to Albuquerque or get up early in the morning.
By the time we get up this morning, our Centennial year will be over. Come join us for breakfast or coffee at the Flying Star on Rio Grande at 6:45

We've had quite a year. We kicked off last January 6th with a breakfast and the release of many Centennial-related caches. We went on to have 11 monthly events all over the state, including first time events in Deming and Taos. Share your best moments of the year and whatever else is on your mind with friends from the geo-family.

The state birthday belongs to all New Mexicans. Since the time and the location may be problematic for many, you all have an opportunity to log this event. You may create your own satellite site for the event. This is an event and therefore social, so get together with at least one other team.

The time and place are your choice. Some cachers often meet for lunch, some do happy hours, some may have other ideas or arrange to meet at a cache.

To claim "attended" you must post a pic of the group or be referenced in someone else's pic. If you don't trust your buds to post the pic, make sure someone takes one with your camera. In your log, post the time and where you are.

If you are nowhere near any other cachers, recruit. Pre-cachers are everywhere. If you would like others to join you, post the time and place you will be in your "will attend". Any time up to the end of Jan 7 is fine; groups scattered throughout the day, all over the state would be great.
