Full disclosure, the final is on my porch so if you do not feel comfortable with yard caches it may not be for you. Also, please no late night finds!!!
This cache will take you on a tour of my new hometown of Washington. I am quickly realizing how amazing this place can be. If small towns are not your thing, though, you may not appreciate it fully.
The cache is not hidden at the listed coordinates. You need to find where the pictures we taken and using your GPS fill in the missing numbers. Please try to get as close to the location the picture was taken at as possible. When you have all the value simply fill in to the following.

The photos can be found at the following coordinates respectively. All photos can be found in the winter. However, "D" maybe difficult if there is heavy snow accumulation. All items can be found within a block or so of the central square. It truly is intended to be done walking around and exploring Washington. The sidewalk running north/south through the fountain is your western border. All items are East of it, thus the name.
