Grab N Go located at or near the intersection of 2 state highways on public right of way

This is a series I am doing of placing a cache at the intersection or near where 2 state highways meet..  The difficulty will be based on how busy the area is resulting in more stealth being required.

NOTICE: Many of the caches in this series are located on right-of-ways along the side of highways and roads. Some of these roads can have high traffic volume and may travel at moderate to high speeds. Please be aware of your surroundings and be safe at all times.
