This location was originally going to be an informational kiosk for an explanation of the building of the new state highway 57 and the history of the area the new highway went through. After the WI DOT did all the construction it was decided to move the kiosk to the home of the Namur Belgian Heritage Foundation at 1255 Cty DK, Brussels WI about 3 miles north on Hwy DK (an interesting site if you have a few minutes to spare)
This cache must be accessed from Cty Hwy DK, NOT State Hwy 57 4-lane.
