This is a cache in a series based on the book series The Hunger Games.
“In the ruins of a place once known as North America lies the nation of Panem, a shining Capitol surrounded by twelve outlying districts. The Capitol is harsh and cruel and keeps the districts in line by forcing them all to send one boy and one girl between the ages of twelve and eighteen to participate in the annual Hunger Games, a fight to the death on live TV. Katniss Everdeen volunteers as tribute when her younger sister’s name is chosen for the Hunger Games. She comes from District 12 which is the poorest of the districts. Her father was killed in a coal mining accident, and she is forced to provide for her mother and sister by hunting and trading illegally. She becomes adept with a bow and arrow. She becomes known as the girl on fire.

The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Tom Vanden Elzen of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.
