This is a cache in a series based on the book series The Hunger Games.

Rue is the girl tribute from District 11. She forms an alliance with Katniss during the Games. Katniss was drawn to her because of her small stature and her ability to climb even the tallest trees. Back in District 11, she worked in the orchards and would climb high in the trees at the end of the day and sing a special song to let the others know it was time to go home.
This cache has been started off with some cool Hunger Games swag.
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Tom Vanden Elzen of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.
