This is a series of caches that I was inspired to create by Red_Family's series of Homburg caches called Grosse Namen and Ich Trage Einen Grossen Namen.
Each of the people in this series were born (MADE) in Germany. Later in life they immigrated to the USA and became citizens of America. Many of them had a great influence on the USA and the rest of the world. I hope that each person who completes this series learns a little bit more about how our two countries, German and The United States of America, are forever connected.

The St. Louis area Turnverine I belonged to travelled to Frankfurt Germany and won the international meet.
After over 100 years since I competed, I am still rated in 4th place among individual medals won at a SINGLE Olympics.
