Time: 8:00 AM
This is the primary geocaching event that will be held in the Yankton SD area the weekend of May 3rd, 4th & 5th. Be sure to watch for the other events as they are published.
We will have the coffee ready and the donuts should still be warm so join us at 8:00 AM. Please note this is an earlier start time than it has been the last couple of years.
We will download coordinates of the newly placed caches to your GPSr; we hope to have 100.
There will be time to chat, meet with old friends, and maybe meet some new ones. Share a few stories with them before heading out to cache at around 8:45 AM.
This event is open to all local and out-of-town geocachers. Anyone interested in learning more about geocaching is also welcome to attend. There will be several experienced cachers willing to answer questions, share hints, give tips, and demonstrate techniques.
Please post a "will attend" log and mention how many people will be with you so we can get a head count - we don't want to run short on the donuts.
