Geocache Description:



We will be teaming up with Gladstone, Missouri Parks & Recreation for a fun filled morning of trail mulching and trash pick up.  There is likely not to be much trash, but since you're participating in CITO, please grab it.  The main objective on this day is mulching trails at the Maple Woods Nature Preserve. This project has been one of there most requested by residents over the past few years, so it's time to get started.

The plan is to assemble at the parking lot off of NE 76th Street at the listed coordinates.  From there we will load up mulch in wheelbarrows and start our trek up the trails. It's not feasible to believe we will put a huge dent in this project in one morning, so there will likely be more to follow.

If you have a wheelbarrow, shovel and rake, please bring them. Gladstone will bring everything they can. They only have two wheelbarrows though, so that will be one of the most needed items.
