Geocache Description:

....I Can Help!

Congratulations to Brush Girl for her FTF on behalf of Team Brush Boy!

My friends ProgKing and Peepers3 each have a streak or calendar going. At a recent local event, ProgKing voiced the opinion that nobody is posting C&Ds in Westminster anymore. I've noticed, equally so, that Carroll County is just not active in publishing caches anymore really. Many C&Ds break or get muggled and they end up being archived. On top of it, there just aren't many new ones being posted anymore. As a cacher who has, over the last year, purchased and/or hoarded almost 100 prospective cache containers from nanos and bison tubes, to screw top plastic pill bottles and match containers, to genuine and knock-off Lock & Lock containers, ProgKing pretty much begged me (slight exaggeration) to place a few C&Ds so he had a few fall-backs to keep his streak going.

In an effort to support streaks and calendars of my friends, I submit for the approval of the local cachers, a series of new C&Ds. However, to respect the caliber of the cachers that inspired this series and an effort to protect the area from those trashy hides we all grin and bear begrudgingly (which has immediately given all of you a mental picture of a trashy parking lot hide you hated), before coming up with any ideas for hides, I came up with a few rules for myself.

The caches:
1. Will not have a difficulty less than 2.
2. Will not be under light post skirts or be inside guard rail ends.
3. Will not be garbage containers (i.e. hollowed out pens with tape all over them, mint containers, dip cans, chap stick tubes, or even film containers).
4. Will not be in trashy locations. The location will be at least suitable for the hide, if not adding something to it.
(Extra credit idea 1: At least one of these C&Ds will be big enough to support swag. I'm not sure how I plan to do that, but I'm going to try.
Extra credit idea 2: At least one of these C&Ds will be a puzzle, so streak/calendar cachers can solve it and hang onto it for a "rainy day".)

You don't have to be going after a streak or filling a calendar to go after these, but if you are, it's strongly suggested that you use these accordingly. I hope you have as much fun searching for these as I will undoubtedly have hiding them. This is the first of a currently undetermined number of caches in the series. Cache on!
