Si hay algo que caracteriza a la ciudad es sin duda alguna la bahía de La Concha y como no, la barandilla que adorna sus playas, la cual se ha convertido a día de hoy en un emblema indiscutible de la ciudad.La barandilla de La Concha se realiza de forma artesanal, por lo que cada una de ellas es única, pero existe una baranda que es un poco más especial que el resto porque está puesta al revés. Puede parecer que la barandilla no tiene parte frontal ni trasera, pero todas tienen la flor que la preside mirando hacia los viandantes ,todas menos una, que tiene la flor mirando a la Bahía.Se desconoce si fue por azar, por descuido o como guiño a los curiosos, pero lo cierto es que esa barandilla sigue ahí, mirando al mar,Se trata de un lugar muy fotografiado por turistas, En sus fotos saldrá una imagen que tal vez jamás se darán cuenta de su peculiaridad y que posiblemente muchos donostiarras desconozcan.
