Since this cache is close to the 45th Parallel (1/2 way between the equator and the North Pole), it gave me the idea for the half the US Challenge.
In order to claim this cache, one needs to have found at last one cache in at least 25-States! Since DC isn't "a State", it doesn't count for this challenge.
