The Commission was gathered after the peace treaty was signed
between the Soviet Union, England and Finland in Moscow. The period
when the Commission was staying here was to be found on a sign
attached to the building. The sign was stolen in the autumn 2003;
maybe it will be returned...
To verify your visit ask the reception WHICH PARTS OF THE
BUILDING were reserved for the commission! Don't post your
