bulcacher: The two weeks deadline is approaching. It was a fun event. Lots of new cachers in Istanbul. Some haven't logged yet, but they can still find it if they choose to in the future. There aren't any trackables left in the cache, so I consider that a success. Thanks to everyone who came. It was a lot of fun!

Come join us in Istanbul as a group of local geocachers and geocachers from abroad gather and talk about, well, geocaching. :)  We'll meet at Derya Deniz Fish Restaurant at 6:30 p.m. and enjoy a good seafood meal.  Prices for plates range from 10 TL to 25TL, depending on what you get. The restaurant is a very short walk from the Uskudar ferry dock.  Those coming from Europe can come on a boat from Eminonu, Kabatas, or Besiktas.  Boats return to the European side well into the evening, so there shouldn't be any problem getting back.  Come ready to share your wildest geocaching adventures and bring some coins and TBs, if you have any to move along.

Please note: Thanks to jena4you, we'll have a simple but nice self-made event souvenir for 4TL. Please bring your own TB tag if you want to make it travel from Istanbul!! Please add to your comment how many pieces you want to order, orders are possible until 31st March.

Istanbul Üsküdar'da Derya Deniz Balık Restaurant' ında saat 18.30 'da buluşup hem deniz ürünlerinden oluşan bir yemek hem de geocaching muhabbeti yapacağız.. Mekanda tabak fiyatları (10TL ile 25TL) arasında seçiminize göre değişiyor. Üsküdar iskelesinden yürüme mesafesinde olan Derya Deniz Balık Restaurant'ında asıl amaç diğer geocacher oyuncuları ile buluşup tanışmak ve geocaching hakkında muhabbet etmek. Eğer geocaching'e ilgi duyuyorsanız ve İstanbul'da bu oyunu oynayan kişilerle tanışmak istiyorsanız işte size fırsat (Bu arada uluslararası bir toplantı olacağı için başka ülke oyuncuları ile de tanışma şansınız olacak)

Unutmadan: Etkinlik için küçük bir özel üretim hediyelik yaptıracağız. Eğer satın almak isterseniz lütfen 31 Mart tarihine kadar istediğinizi bildirin, bu küçük etkinliğe ait hediyelik sadece 4TL Etkinlikte görüşmek üzere...

Wenn Du Lust hast, komm vorbei, Du kannst die Cacher Istanbuls treffen und Freunde aus anderen Ecken dieser Welt und - natürlich übers Cachen reden. Wir treffen uns im Derya Fish Restaurant, um 18.30 Uhr. Wer mag kann die herrlich frischen Fischgerichte dort probieren, die Preise reichen von ca. 10 bis 25 TL. (Eine Speisekarte von 2012 findet Ihr auf dem Foto im ersten Log.) Das Restaurant befindet sich nicht weit vom Anleger der Fähre in Üsküdar entfernt, gleich am Anfang des Basars. Wer von der europäischen Seite kommt, kann die Fähre ab Eminönü, Kabataş oder Beşiktaş nehmen. Die Boote verkehren bis zum Abend (halb 10), so daß man auch wieder nach Europa zurück kommt. Wenn Ihr TBs oder Coins zum Grabben oder Discovern habt, bringt sie gern mit.

Es wird ein eigenes kleines Souvenir für 4 TL geben (voraussichtlich aus Kunststoff, laserbeschriftet) , das man auch an einen TB-Tag hängen und reisen lassen kann.
