Located on a lesser known trail between Lake Macbride State Park and Coralville Reservoire. This cache offers pretty sunset views. The beach is a nice place for a picnic but is crowded on summer weekends. Use care around the water and at lands edge. Hunt at your own risk.
This small black cache can be accessed from the beach or from the north snowmobile/hiking trail. Park in the first lot as you enter the park. The trail head is along the fence north of the lot. The GPS signal was jumpy for us here so we increased the degree of difficulty. Just keep wandering until you get within a few feet. Please use the log to comment on your experience and please use stealth on summer weekends when the beach is full of boaters. Cache placement approved by Park Ranger on 4/9/13
