Castle Park Cache Traditional Geocache
Wis Kid: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

This cache is located in Castle Park, in the Hartridge subdivision. I used to spend a lot of time at this park as a child, so I decided, in honor of my (very much missed) childhood, I would hide a cache here on my favorite "toy". There is no parking lot for this park, so if you are driving to this cache, you will have to park along one of the streets surrounding the park (also, there is another park, Pembrook Park, a short distance from this one, which does have a parking lot). This is a nice park with lots of climbing structures, slides, swings, merry-go-round, etc. There is also a gazebo with picnic tables during the warm weather months. The park is completely surrounded by houses, so depending on the time of day and the weather, some stealth may be required for this cache. There is also a biking/walking trail, that both begins and ends at this park, and winds all throughout the subdivision.
The container is a black, magnetic "hide-a-key". Original cache contents: logbook & pencil, a few small rings & charms, as well as $1 for the FTF. Happy caching!! =)
