Geocache Description:

The Pella Tulip Festival celebrates the city's Dutch heritage with three days of events.
Each day features two parades, an afternoon parade at 2 p.m. and a lighted evening parade at 8:30 p.m. Costumed residents scrub streets, dance in wooden shoes and entertain you for an hour prior to each parade.
Food stands fill side streets with food ranging from traditional Dutch to American. Demonstrations of Dutch Letter making and wooden shoe carving take place in the Historical Village.    Once you scrub streets they say you will want to back every year to do it again.
