Geocache Description:

Cache is not at the above coordinates. You must solve the puzzle to find the correct location.

The periodic table is a tabular display of the chemical elements, organized on the basis of their atomic numbers, electron configurations, and recurring chemical properties. Elements are presented in order of increasing atomic number (number of protons).

THE PUZZLE:
Did you ever wondered who discovered which element? If discovering an element was the Olympics, the United Kingdom would take the gold with 24 discoveries. The USA, the silver with 21. Bronze would go to Sweden with 20. Runners up: Germany (19), France (17), Russia/USSR (9), Austria (3), Denmark (2), Finland (1), Italy (1), and Spain (1). However, there are 12 that are considered Ancient Discoveries, ones like HG and FE.

Viewing the periodic table from left to right, here are the coordinates to the final:

The 6th one listed that is an Ancient Discovery.
The 2nd one listed that Sweden is credited for.
The 10th one that is an Ancient Discovery.
The only one the United Kingdom and France teamed up to discover.
The sixth win listed for Sweden.
Sweden's 5th listed discovery followed by France's 4th.
Finally, we have Austria's 2nd listed win followed by France's 1st discovery.

Remember, this is not in time chronological order. Use the chart, left to right, top to bottom in order of atomic number.
