A preform under a flat rock, next to a light pole. It is across the road from the fence. Vehicle access is nearby to avoid traffic issues.
2013 is the second full year that the Nanaimo Cruise Ship Terminal has been in operation and this cache is set up as another QEF for any Geocaching passengers and crew members. It is about 50 metres from the guarded gate and you will be observed by the guards. Discretion and diversionary action will be required to prevent it from being muggled.
