Geocache Description:

A simple lunch event to commemorate Earthcaching.

Ten years ago to the day, the first earthcache was placed in Australia (GCHFT2). Now, a decade later, there are over 17,000 earthcaches, spanning all 7 continents. There are 150 in Illinois alone, and over 6,500 in the United States. Earthcaches encourage active learning about the environment and the history of the earth. They can bring you out to all sorts of fascinating, pristine places, even sometimes where a physical container isn't allowed.
To celebrate a decade of earthcaching, come out to Five Guys in Geneva and grab a bite to eat.

WHERE: Five Guys (1314 Commons Dr. Geneva, IL 60134- visible from Randall Rd.)
WHEN: 11:30am-1:30pm. January 10th, 2014.
WHAT: Five Guys serves primarily burgers, hot dogs, and grilled sandwiches. For a more specific menu see here.
