Geocache Description:

The intersection of Haight-Ashbury in San Francisco, California was the focus of the Hippie Movement in the late 60's. In American culture, that period represents a renaissance of social attitudes, music, art, and pop culture. This is a locationless cache, so log it wherever you find a hand-painted Hippie bus that might trigger a flashback to that era.

After the Summer of Love, this style of bus continued to be popular with Deadheads, and eventually Phish Phans. I listed the cache in California, but there are plenty of examples in Colorado, New England, and elsewhere.

If you can't find an older hand-painted VW Microbus, any newer van displaying the Hippie Attitude is acceptable. If it's not even a van, but is hand-painted with the Hippie theme, that's OK too.

TO LOG THIS CACHE:

Just take a picture of the Hippie-mobile and list the general location and coordinates of where you spotted it. Catch it in motion or parked, with or without you in the picture.

Please log this cache only once and do not submit a Hippie Mobile that has been previously submitted. Thanks.
