Come explore this two block street in Middleton!
Amherst Road has a little bit of old, a little bit of new. If you listen closely, you'll hear Spanish and English being spoken. You'll see kids out biking and blowing bubbles. You'll see neighbors helping each other shovel out of a blizzard. The street itself is in need of a little bit of repair, but is beautifully situated between the Pheasant Branch Nature Conservancy on the north end (complete with some geocaches!) and Lakeview Park (complete with multiple playgrounds, tennis courts, a fishing pond, a splash pad, and a couple more geocaches) on the south end.
CONGRATS to Traa dy Liooar for being the FTF at about 6:15 am, about 30 minutes after the cache went live on the site.
NOTE from 7/21/14: The log was replaced about a week ago and yes, it is still there!
NOTE from 6/13/15: The wasp nest in the GZ was removed to make priority for geocaching and book reading adventures.
