"Getting WILD with Friends"

Get ready for a WILD weekend of caching! UNO our event gets DICIER every year. This year we've gone WILD and turned the Bash into a weekend event. We have LOTS of caching, shooting, caching, boxing, caching, buckin', caching, and lots of prizes. Oh yeah, did I mention we have over 60 new caches just waiting to be found.

The 6th annual Jesse James Cache Bash will be held Sat Sept 21,2013. Registration will begin at 9AM at the coordinates listed above (Savannah Middle School) in Savannah. MO. This year our theme is GETTING WILD WITH FRIENDS. We will have several events in conjunction with the big bash.

Everyone attending will qualify for the drawing for the JESSE JAMES STRONGBOX (contents).

We have several events scheduled throughout the weekend. You will need to go to the event page on geocaching and log a will attend. Some will be competitions and a prize for the winner. I will update with GC numbers as the events get published.

FUNDRAISERS

In order to keep the event free each year we need to have fundraisers to help pay for rents, supplies, etc. This year we will be selling t-shirts, hoodies, event coins, and raffle tickets. Click on our link at http://tmblr.co/ZmPSGskTe9Gm for more info on items. Follow the instructions for ordering and prepaying through paypal. Shirts must be ordered and paid for by Aug 30. Only a limited number of coins are being minted so be sure to reserve yours to be guaranteed a coin.

FOOD

We will be having pizza at the finale. This is a benefit event and all proceeds will go to Dream Factory. Cost of a large specialty pizza and 2 drinks is $15(preordered otherwise $17 day of event). We do need to know ahead of time how many pizzas are being ordered so be sure to log a will attend on the Pizza with Friends event and follow the link to preorder and pay in advance.

LODGING

We have made arrangements with some local hotels and campground for a discount for those spending the weekend. You can find more info on our link about which establishments are offering a geocachers discount.
