Hike it or mountain bike the 6.6 (yes, that's one way) miles along the grassy trail to a once used military tower by the army for training during WWI and WWII.
Terrain is fairly easy and the path is open. Be sure bring extra water for your geo-dogs as there are no creeks or water along this trail. Take a break from cache and dash to get back in to nature for a beautiful walk in the woods with history to be seen at the journeys end.
The parking area for State game lands 127 is just north of the Timber Trails entrance along 423.
