This is the first in a series called Feel the Burn. I am placing caches along roads that I have taken with family and friends while biking. Some will be in areas where we stopped to take a break and others will be in areas where the route nearly broke us.

CORN -- As a young child my family used to bike these back roads frequently. I remember riding in the bicycle seat behind my dad for our evening ride. On one occasion, the farmer who owned this field was out checking on his crop. He stopped my family and loaded up my lap and my sisters with ears of corn for dinner the next night. There's nothing like sweet corn fresh from the field. Yum!
