Geocache Description:

Welcome to Thomas L. Crowley Park, located in the Upper Highlands section of historic Lowell, MA. This little park is nestled in a quiet neighborhood that is ideal for running, walking, or cycling. The park is family-friendly, and there is plenty of street parking around the park.

The cache is small and hidden within the park. A water tower is situated at the rear of the park; access to that area is restricted by a fence.
