The Pearl Brewery area is really starting to take off. Lots of restaurants and stores have gone in and people are moving into the area in droves. I thought I'd place a couple of caches in the area to bring people out here to explore; there's a lot to see and do here. There is a small outdoor seating area off of the Riverwalk and some really nice restrooms that are open to the public. There's lots of construction still going on, but it's really starting to look nice.
The cache will bring you to an area with a few of the restaurants nearby, the culinary institute, and the old stables... so maybe while you're caching on the Riverwalk, getting all those JMCz hides, come take a break here and recharge a little!
