This is an exciting mega event full of EarthCache seminars, geocaching activities, vendors and more! The Mega hours will be 10am to 4:30pm with an optional dinner at 5:30pm.

Thursday October 9th
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm (or as late as you wish) Come meet your fellow Earthlings This pub-night meet and greet is hosted by the Cache-Keteers.
Friday October 10th
2:00 pm -4:00 pm Welcome Earthlings Registration Event hosted by the Cache-Keteers. Come and pick up your registration package, meet the organizers and beat the lines the next morning.
VIP Reception - Not an event - by invitation only or register as a friend of the event.

Sunday October 12th
10:00 am - 11:00am Meet & Greet 4 EarthCache Reviewers This meet n' greet will be followed by an EarthCache site visit/tour hosted by AnnieMaroo with FOUR Geoaware volunteers.
Sunday October 12th
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm Jewel of the Cowichan Valley Visit the historic Kinsol Trestle - hosted by Diraduck.
Monday October 13th
12:00 noon Giving Thanks for the Terroir of Cowichan Valley Learn about the Terrior that is responsible for the region’s awesome wines - hosted by pracademics.
