I went to a geocaching event today about TOTT's and I learned a bit. This cache may or may not need one of those TOTT's.
This cache is located in a park that Dan Gibbins from CR Parks and Rec has given permission to hide geocaches in. Hours of park are 6am to 10pm. Please respect the hours and the park so we can continue to hide geocaches in the parks of Cedar Rapids.
