Robinson Park, the crown jewel of Peoria Park District, offers 2.5 miles of hiking trails among its 151-acre nature preserve, which consists of glacial drift hill prairies, and oak woodlands along the ridges and valleys. The preserve sits on two long, narrow ridges and steep valley slopes drained by Moon Creek. Several small glacial drift hill prairies occur on the south-facing slopes.
Camp Wokanda offers a beautiful 316-acre woodland setting, including a lake for fishing. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Peoria, this Peoria Park District site has been providing fond memories for its young campers since the 1920s. Camp Wokanda's overnight accommodations include cabin and primitive camping, as well as a central lodge and dining hall.
What is the Peoria Area Cache Bash?
The Peoria Area Cache Bash is the signature event of the Peoria Area Cachers. Now in its fourth year, the Peoria Area Cache Bash 2013 will include 50 new caches in the surrounding area. We'll also have a poker run and a casual competition during the day.
Plan on coming to the official event registration at Robinson Park's main shelter in the morning. The Coordinates for the fifty new caches, instructions for the competition, and poker run coordinates will be available for the first time then. You'll still be able to get this information throughout the day if you'll be arriving later. After you register, get out there and find some caches! We'll get back together later in the day for games, dinner and awards at PACB Headquarters.

Pre-Order PACB Merchandise
If desired, you may pre-order PACB merchandise and dinner reservations on our website at http://peoriaareacachers.com/pacb/. Electronic payment via PayPal is required if pre-ordering online. If you prefer to pay by cash or check prior to the event, please contact us to make arrangements. Guaranteed merchandise will end October 11th. You may pre-order after this date but merchandise will be available on a limited basis. The prices are:

Directions
Robinson Park: to get to Robinson Park from Peoria or Route 6, take Knoxville Road/Route 40 north and turn right onto Mossville Road.
Camp Wokanda: to get to Wokanda from Peoria, take Route 29 north and turn left on Old Galena Road just north of Route 6. Follow this past Mossville Grade School, then turn left on Boy Scout Road and proceed to the park entrance.
