X - Billabong TB Hotel Traditional Cache

This used to be a convenient depository and/or exchange for Travel Bugs and Geo Coins travelling up and down the coast. That is until it was muggled with 26 TB's and GC's!

The location was selected not so much for it's beauty, but more for the convenience of travelling cachers. Cachers travelling north or south can easily come off the highway and park in a safe spot within 25 metres of GZ and then continue along their journey without much of a delay.

Having said that, just a few metres up the side road resides Australia's world renowned Koala breeding centre!

Who would have thought that we would ever do this - create a TB Hotel?  It should be known by those that do not know us, that we think that TB's and GC's are a damn nuisance - they constantly get lost or misplaced, they get stolen, cachers rarely place them in the right cache when logging - if at all and to top it all off the owners place all sorts of unreasonable demands on cachers to perform with their cherished trinkets - take a photo of Hedwig with other mystical owls; only place this TB in caches that have a high favourite count, that have a SW (that's not a mistake) vista of the Coral Sea and write your feelings at the time of discovering and placing Snoogams! And if somehow you manage to do all of that, you don't even get one word of thanks from the owner :(
