Taroona Foreshore Track - Pilop Traditional Cache

A cache on the Taroona Foreshore Walking Track.  This is best reached by walking north or south along the track beside the river.  Park at Taroona Beach and walk north, or park near the school and walk south.    Almost every road leading down to the river has a public access track leading to the walking track.  Bring bikes, children and dogs.

Keep an eye out for the many walkers, runners, and riders that use the track.  There is an escaped Guinea Pig living at the top of the hill - keep an eye out for him/her, but please don't harass!

You may need tweezers, a stick or the fingers of a small  child.  Pen not included.

There are plans to demolish the Sewerage Treatment Plant, so hopefully the area will improve soon!

If you have a primary school-aged child, I'm sure they will a know a "knock knock" joke that will be applicable.
