UTAG Fall Event - 2013
Time again for the Annual UTAG Fall Event!
When: September 28, 2012 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Where: Potters Pond
Group Campsite #6
What: Food, Games, Friends, and Fun
- Gathering will be from 12:00 - 12:30, after which we'll begin to pig out.
- The picnic will be potluck style. UTAG will provide the meat and drink, please bring a side dish or dessert to share.
- We will be holding a fundraising auction to help pay for these events. If you'd like to donate something to the auction, let us know!
If you're planning on camping, we have reserved Group Campsite #6 for both Friday and Saturday nights (the 27th and 28th). If you wish to reserve your own campsite, you can go here: Recreation.gov
Please post an RSVP with the number in your party
so we can get a good estimate of how much food to buy.
