Geocache Description:

Please do not park in the private driveway closest to this cache or in the legion parking lot unless you plan to be a patron there. Please park across the street on Veteran's way. War to Peace walk series. A scenic walk from the Old Fort Erie to the Peacebridge through the beautiful Niagara Parks. An easy series of matchstick micro's to boost your smiley count while getting a little excercise. Bring your birdnoculars and a camera or maybe even a fishing pole.

The name should make sense once you get here. This location used to be home to a stand of Osage Orange Trees but they had to go to build a hall for the vets. According to a former planner for the Town of Fort Erie this is the most desirable land in Fort Erie and its future is now zoned for a skyscraper in the event the current nearby building should fall.

This will likely be the hardest of the series to spot.
